Hi, I'm Ingrida...

Welcome! I'm a Holistic Health & Life Coach certified by Health Coach Institute, specializing in the Reversal of Chronic Illnesses & Sustainable Weight Loss. My approach integrates Regenerative Detoxification, Inner Work and Lifestyle Improvements to support deep and lasting healing.
Regenerative detoxification is an approach to detoxification that aims to stimulate and support the body's natural healing ability. It focuses on cleansing and regenerating cells, tissues and organs to promote optimal health.
I help people who struggle with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, acne, gut issues and obesity to reverse their health conditions, get healthy and learn to love and accept themselves.
I also help and provide support for Tuberculosis (TB) patients and TB survivors. More about it HERE.
My greatest passion is to help you alleviate suffering and transform that pain energy into something beautiful and beneficial. That's why I also place great emphasis on Shadow Work and Inner Child healing during the sessions. I believe that in order to be truly healthy and thrive, it's important to take a holistic approach - taking into consideration physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components to health.
It's not enough to just eat healthy to have a healthy body and lose weight.

Throughout my whole life this was never more true for me. I have struggled with indigestion and anxiety since I was a little girl. As I got older, I found myself in a constant battle to lose those stubborn 5-9 kilos, that were making my life miserable, or so I thought.
This struggle led to unhealthy eating habits and pushing my body to exercise, even when I was exhausted. I battled with acne for years, migraines, constant anxiety and eventually panic attacks. I felt miserable. Life felt chaotic, out of balance and I wasn’t happy with myself.
For years, I searched for the root causes of my health issues, looking for solutions to become my healthiest, most vibrant self—and I did! But healing is a journey, so I continue working on myself every day, using the tools and techniques I discover along the way.
Right now I'm at my perfect size, feeling healthy and happy in my body! My skin cleared up, my digestion has improved and I have tools to take care of anxiety and other uncomfortable feelings when they arise. I don’t follow strict diets or spend hours in the gym—instead, I’ve embraced healthy eating and lifestyle habits that support my overall well-being.

We will meet weekly over Zoom or WhatsApp for 1 hour one-on-one coaching sessions. All coaching sessions will be designed with regard to your specific goals and needs.
